I'm finally done with the yard work for this year. Today I did the last of the raking and bagging, even as elm leaves blew off a tree and swirled around me. So the finished product isn't perfect but I've got to draw the line somewhere. The cherry tomato plants I grew from seed are getting very tall and spreading their branches out all over the place. Now I wish I'd put supportive cages around them before they got too big to do so. I now have several tomato plants that I bring outside daily so they can soak up some rays, and then I take them in again at night. Six of them grew from seeds I planted myself.
